Therefore, on every full gutter cleaning, we offer a WRITTEN thirty (30) day no clog
guaranty. That means if you have any concern about your gutters within 30
days after our visit to you (date found on top right corner of invoice) we will
come back out free of charge, day or night, to unclog and inspect your gutters.
We also offer a WRITTEN 3 YEAR no-moss guaranty on all of our full moss removals. This means that if you see moss returning within three years call us back out at the first sign and we'll take care of your roof again for free.
After your thirty day guarantee expires, you will be assessed a low price of 25
dollars per visit for any clogged downspouts. At that time we will assess
the cause, and inform you of any other maintenance that may need to be done. As
our way of thanking you for your loyalty any additional maintenance will be
priced at a 25% discount to your listed price. Just consider it our little Act of Random
Kindness. .
For those who choose to have gutter guards installed by us we offer a one
year no clog guaranty. If your gutters clog or overflow in the first
year after we installed them we will come our and clear those gutters and
find out why it did not work and adjust them if necessary.
