GUTTER CLEANING
Gutter cleaning is one of our key services. There are many things that can lead
to damages to your home and leaky gutters and gutters that aren't maintained are
at the top of that list. Leaky gutters and gutters not properly maintained can
lead to water soaking down into your foundation and cause unsettling of the home
and eventually lead to very expensive repairs for cracks and other damages. In
order to keep this from happening we offer a full gutter maintenance service.
The process is as follows:
1) The gutters are hand-scooped of all the debris. This gutter debris goes into our
buckets or to the ground and cleaned up thoroughly before we leave and emptied
into your yard debris bin or taken by us. If there is any gutter debris on the
house due to the removal from the gutters this will be cleaned before leaving.
2) Once the gutters are emptied of all the gutter debris we then flush all of your gutters. During this gutter flushing process we also check for leaks along seams, and clogged downspouts. If there are clogged downspouts or leaks along your gutter line they are taken care of in the appropriate manner. This will be to no extra cost to you. The only time you will be charged any more than estimated is if there are more major damages than just a little leak on your gutters or a downspout easily unclogged. But before any extra gutter maintenance is done you the customer will be consulted first.
3) After all gutters are flushed and downspouts are checked and gutter/downspout leaks are sealed, we then check the slant of your gutters, making sure you have proper flow. If
adjustments are needed to your gutters, again you will be consulted before any decision is
made.
4) The last step in the gutter cleaning process is nailing or replacing of loose gutter nails (aka "gutter spikes") and the face of the gutters is rinsed off.
The following is pricing for our gutter services:
$.50-$.75 per gutter linear ft.
Cost of supplies and $4 per linear foot installed for small sections of gutter
replacement.
$15 per downspout removed to clear major gutter clogs (this very seldom happens).
$50 minimum for gutter re-leveling.
$5 per large bag of gutter debris removed by us.
