1) Cancellation/Rescheduling/Customer Change of Service
a. Customer must inform Ark HMC of any cancellation of project within 24
hours prior to
said service.
b. Customer has the right to cancel said service(s) for any reason, but a
fee of 25% of the
quoted price for services must be remitted within 7 days
of cancellation. Late payment
of cancellation fee will result in a $5 per
day charge not to exceed one week duration.
c. No charges will be assessed for the first reschedule of said appointment.
However, if
customer reschedules again after first reschedule they will be
assessed a $25 fee that will
be added to invoice for said job and will be
due upon completion of project with project
total.
d. Any change of service by customer needs to be called or emailed in within
24 hours of
said project date/time.
a. Payment is due at time of services rendered unless otherwise discussed
and agreed upon
at time of estimate. Acceptable payments are cash and check.
b. Any returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee for returned checks.
Returned check fee
and project total must be paid within 7 days of project
completion.
a. All irreplaceable items in customer's home must be removed from harm's way
before we
arrive at job site. Any and all damages to said items, if not
moved by customer, is the
sole responsibility of said customer. By not
removing said items customer states they do
not hold Ark HMC or its
employees liable for any broken items.
b. All pets that could cause tipping of a ladder if contact between the two
is made must be
removed from job site prior to our workers arriving.
c. Customer is to make sure any needed water hookups, or areas of home that
need to
accessed are accessible to Ark HMC and its employees upon date and
time of project.
If there are any delays due to lack of customer cooperation
on this matter a $20 fee will
be assessed due to non-accessibility of job
site and inconvenience.
a. Ark HMC reserves the right to not clean any surface that is damaged and
thus become a
hazard and liability to its employees.
b. Ark HMC is not liable for any damage due to faulty or incorrectly installed
structures or
surfaces within project parameters. Any damaged surfaces
observed will be pointed out
to customer before job continues.
c. If damage is discovered by customer Ark HMC must be notified within 24
hours of
service and measures will be taken to remedy said damage not
included in section 3,
subsection a.
a. In order to be included in our 100% satisfaction guarantee customer must
notify Ark
HMC of any dissatisfaction within 48 hours of service. Any
complaints will be handled in
a caring and time efficient manner.
By accepting Ark HMC's estimate and scheduling a time for project to be completed customer is stating implicitly that they have read and agree to all terms and conditions set forth. Customer agrees to follow ANY AND ALL stipulations set forth and agrees to payment of ANY AND ALL FEES associated therewith.
