All of these fires could have been avoided by the simple regular maintenance cleaning of your dryer venting and filter system. Most people don't think much to keep this proper maintenance going and the results can be deadly. Those who think to clean their venting and filtration systems often don't usually clean them properly, leaving a mess of loose and more flammable debris in the wake of their cleaning.

When we visit you first for your evaluation we will run a video feed into your system to evaluate the need for a cleaning. Though our customers are not required to be present for this inspection we find that most want to be so they can see for themselves the degree of cleaning needed to properly assure the safe functionality of their dryer vent and dryer filtration system. After the initial FREE EVALUATION we will then let you know what we can do for you. We will explain what needs to be done and how much the cost will be at that time. Once arriving at your home to perform the work we will always wear debris protection on our feet once entering the home. We like to start at the dryer side of the line and clean out the lint trap area first. Once done with that we will then move outside and clean the line from the outside of the home in. We use all OSHA approved cleaning methods and tools to perform the process. After the line has been initially cleared using our specialized tools we will then clean the system out with a vacuum system to assure all remaining loose debris is cleared. The final step of the process is to run the camera system again to assure you that the job was done properly.
