There are many surfaces around the home that are safe to be pressure washed. Pressure washing is a great way to remove unsightly and dangerous moss, algae and dirt from surfaces on and around the home and office building. We use all professional grade equipment in our process. Our pressure washer is rated at a safe but effective 3300 psi at 3.2 gallons per minute. It is strong enough to remove unwanted debris but safe enough to not cause damages. If there are types of surface debris that can't be removed by power washing only we also use different effective applications to assist us in the process. These applications, when used correctly, are safe to all vegetation and animals that may come into contact with them.

The following is our pricing structure for power washing:
Driveways (including front walk and sidewalks)
$99 for 15X15 and smaller sized driveways
$150 for 16X16 - 20X20 sized driveways
$200 - $300 for all other larger driveways.

Back patios (Including back walks Not including wood decks please see our Deck Restoration page)
Prices range from $50 and up. Price will be determined and explained at time of estimate.

Siding
$50 per side pressure washed for single story homes
$75 per side for two story homes

Gutter Fascia
$1 per ft pressure washed.
$.50 per ft extra for gutter whitening
